Grilled Tri-Color Pepper & Sausage Sandwiches
Makes: 4-6 servings
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
1 package (16 oz. or more sausage or Brats)
1 package of FRANCISCO French Sandwich Rolls
1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper
1 red onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Garlic Salt (to taste)
Grill Brats or sausage according to package directions. Slice peppers and onions into strips. Mix with olive oil and garlic salt. Wrap mixture in aluminum foil and place on grill for twenty minutes or until tender, turning every five minutes. Slice brats in half, lengthwise. Serve on warm FRANCISCO French or Sourdough Sandwich Rolls.
